Being a chilehead, like so many of you out there, I understand how important a really good sauce can be and how it can be to find. Of course it's gotta have heat but if it doesn't taste good, what's the point? I'm a firm believer that flavor comes first but I do love my chiles. Rest assured, every sauce we make has a delicious balance of both.
